At Hachette Book Group, I led the development of original video content across 14 distinct publishing imprints, working directly with editorial leadership, marketing teams, and authors to translate publishing strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
My role required balancing creative direction with operational execution—building repeatable production workflows while tailoring narrative approaches to the unique identity, audience, and release cadence of each imprint. Rather than producing isolated assets, I helped establish a scalable model for author-driven and title-driven content across the organization.
