This guided reflection asks learners to consider the conflict they may have witnessed or experienced while growing up. Were there patterns of yelling, fear, or avoidance? What would they say to their younger selves, and what did that child need at the time?

Learners are then encouraged to consider whether those early patterns are appearing in their present lives. They can explore their responses privately by writing or recording an audio or video journal.

How it was made

Unlike the dramatized scenarios in the program, this piece does not follow an external action or conflict. Its purpose is to create enough emotional and visual space for the learner to stop, remember, and respond. I generated the imagery and title cards with ChatGPT, used Seedance, Kling, and Veo across the image-to-video workflow, and edited the sequence around the progression of the reflection prompts.

The pacing is deliberately quieter, allowing each question to register before introducing the next. Contemplative imagery and clearly presented prompts turn an internal exercise into an active part of the course while keeping the learner's own experience—not the generated visuals—at the center.
